What fabric are your garments made from?

All of our products are 100% pure silk. Our prints are carefully printed in a digital printing studio in the UK using only azo-free dyes.

Where is KAYLL based?

We design from our light-filled studio in North London.

Where are your garments manufactured?

All our garments are made in London our factory only works with suppliers who can provide eco-friendly packaging. The factory is powered by renewable energy, and material wastage is meticulously controlled to near zero level.

Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?

We only print our fabric with inks that are certificated as azo dye free. We are proud to manufacture wholly in the UK. Our silks are sustainably sourced by our UK silk printers.

How do I care for my silk KAYLL garment? 

We recommend dry cleaning with a specialist dry cleaner. Please ensure the dry cleaner is aware of what processes are best for cleaning silk.  Alternatively, hand wash in tepid water with specialist silk detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. When ironing, iron on low heat.

Where do you ship to?

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders placed on kayll.com. For deliveries to Russia we are only able to ship to business addresses. View our shipping options

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! We currently sell digital e-gift cards. You can purchase them here. Simply add a note in your checkout of the recipient's email address if you would prefer us to email them on your behalf, or perhaps on a specific day. Alternatively, we can email you the e-gift card and you can forward it yourself or print it out and give it to them in person.

What size should I order?

Our shorter kimono tops are one size fits all and fit a UK 8-18. Our kimono tops are meant to be worn loosely and have a relaxed fit. For our longer belted kimono robes, we have created a sizing guide to assist you in ordering on each of our product pages, but as a guide:

Small – UK 8-10
Medium – UK 12-14
Large – UK 16-18

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost ?

We offer free international shipping. We also offer express services and next day within London. For more information please see our shipping options.

How much duties will I have to pay?

Taxes and duty are based on your country's tax law, and will be charged by the courier on delivery.

Most countries are shipped to on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes and/or duties. Our prices include 20% VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and it is your responsibility to enquire about these; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify LTD. Your payment details will never be displayed except for the last four digits so that you know which card has been selected.

How can I choose which currency to pay in?

You can view our product prices in EUR, USD or GBP. But wherever you are shipping to, your order will always be charged in British Pounds (GBP).

Are out of stock items restocked online?

For information regarding items that are currently sold out, please email studio@kayll.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I change or amend my order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments please email us at studio@kayll.com as soon as possible

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for it?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from KAYLL to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise shipments for packages to be delivered without a signature.

How do I return an item?

We offer free returns for UK customers. Any products returned to us should be unworn and in their original condition, in the original packaging, with all labels still attached. Please refer to our returns page for further information to get your return processed with us.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
