returns
- We hope you will love your KAYLL order, but if you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, they can be returned for an exchange or refund provided that the following guidelines are observed:
- If you ask for a refund, KAYLL will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven working days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your charge or credit card.
- All returns can be credited towards any other item or items available on the KAYLL website store.
UK returns
- We offer free UK returns
- Please email studio@kayll.com to authorise your return within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order. Please quote your order number and reason for return. We will then email you a free return label for your order.
- In order to be eligible for an exchange or return you must return the goods in original and unworn condition together with the original packaging, within 21 days of receiving the goods. When these conditions are not met, Kayll is unfortunately unable to issue an exchange or refund.
- Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the return address stipulated on the return label. You must enclose the original receipt with your returns or a copy if you are returning part of your order. For items received as a gift obtained from the kayll.com website, you are only entitled to a product exchange. Only products that are in their original state, including the original packaging with all tags in place, and receipt will be eligible for an exchange and/or return.
- We must receive your return within 21 days of your delivery.
- In the case of gifts, please ensure the name of the purchaser is quoted in all correspondence. Failure to do so will result in delays processing the return.
- Affix the newly received return label and drop off the package at your local MyHermes drop point which can be located here
- Refunds will appear in your account within 7 working days of receiving the goods back at our atelier, depending on your bank/card issuer. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order.
- KAYLL has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to kayll.com website. KAYLL will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the kayll.com website is lost, misdirected or delivered late, insofar as clients are supposed to bear the risks of the shipping they choose.
Alternatively, you can return the parcel at your own cost to our returns address. Please contact studio@kayll.com for more information.
If you choose to send the parcel yourself, we do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping, as the returned product/products remain your responsibility until it arrives at our ateliers therefore please request tracking for your return and keep the receipt safe.
If you choose to return the parcel at your own cost we cannot refund any possible duties, taxes or shipping costs that are made by you sending and returning the product(s).
international returns
Outside of the UK, if you ask for an exchange, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost, taxes and duties for redelivery of the item(s). Any unpaid taxes and/or duties will be deducted from the customer’s refund total.
In order to be eligible for an exchange or return you must enclose the original receipt with your return (or a copy if you are returning part of your order.) For items received as a gift obtained from the kayll.com website, you are only entitled to a product exchange. exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 21 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received and checked by us. Only one exchange per item will be honoured.
faulty goods
Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We at KAYLL take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to seven working days and are subject to regulations.
sale items
Please note that all sales of sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against sale purchases and the conditions set out above will not apply.
